H2H 2.0: how AI’s biggest threat isn’t what you think

A keynote on why fast AI adoption is eroding trust at work, and the three shifts that keep leaders valuable as AI advances.

    Bryan Kramer

Bryan KramerFounder of the Human-to-Human (H2H) movement and CEO of PureMatter

    Session details

Many companies have adopted AI at speed, and the cost is showing: employees working longer hours, and leaders who project the most confidence often trusted the least.

This keynote argues that AI did not create a new problem. It exposed one that was already there: leadership that is performed instead of practised.

Bryan presents three shifts that separate the leaders AI could replace from those it makes more valuable.

His examples include hospitals that disclosed their mistakes and roughly halved lawsuits, a Dutch town that removed every traffic signal at its busiest junction, and an airline captain with 208 seconds to act against what his computers advised.

    What you take away

    • Three shifts that separate leaders AI may replace from those it makes irreplaceable
    • A new lens for every tool you adopt, every meeting you attend and every decision you make
    • Why judgement, depth and presence are becoming the differentiators

    About Bryan

Founder of the Human-to-Human (H2H) movement and author of H2H: Human-to-Human and Shareology.

Three-time CEO from Silicon Valley, now CEO of PureMatter.

He has advised executives at Netflix, Mastercard, Expedia, Sony and Hyatt, and given more than 250 keynotes in over 30 countries, including TED.

    Based in Lisbon.

Keynote of 45 minutes. Limited to 30 places. A private event: every request is approved by hand.

    Session 2 · 30 places

How to align your leadership team when AI moves faster than people

For venture-backed founders and CEOs, C-suite executives and investors: why leadership teams still take weeks to agree when the tools take seconds, and what to change.

    Dr Sven Mulfinger

Dr Sven MulfingerFounding Partner, Kuma Partners

    Session details

AI tools speed up work, but they do not fix a leadership team that cannot agree. Teams arrive with conflicting AI-generated plans and decisions stall.

This private briefing is for leaders who want to change that.

    Agenda

    1. 15 minutes. Speed paradox and decision governance. Why AI can increase friction, and how executive teams redesign decision ownership.
    2. 15 minutes. Non-linear founder dynamics. The strengths of divergent thinkers, where teams lose alignment, and the operating rhythms that protect speed.
    3. 15 minutes. Executive sparring. An off-the-record discussion under the Chatham House rule on the live leadership and board challenges you bring.

    What you take away

    • Why fast AI tools on top of unclear decision rights create decision drag
    • The governance changes that let a leadership team move quickly in practice
    • Concrete operating rules to keep visionary leaders and execution teams aligned
