Sit among exceptional members
You build a cohort of CEOs you would choose to spend time with, and every session teaches you something. The room you lead is also one of the best places to keep learning.

We are looking for former CEOs, founders and executive coaches who want to lead a confidential CEO peer board in their own city. You bring the network and the credibility, and we provide everything else.
Why become a city partner
01
You build a cohort of CEOs you would choose to spend time with, and every session teaches you something. The room you lead is also one of the best places to keep learning.
02
Your reputation and contacts become annual member seats. Income comes from membership and never from selling to the people in the room.
03
Hourly work stops when you do. A cohort renews each year, and other city partners share the method and compare notes with you.
What you would build
Each cohort follows the same operating rhythm that runs The Round in Barcelona. One annual seat gives a member everything below. See The Round in Barcelona
01 · Cohort
Non-competing Founders, CEOs and Managing Directors, admitted with the consent of sitting members.
02 · Board
A private working session on members’ live dilemmas, hosted in rotation at their offices.
03 · Sparring
Time between boards to isolate the real friction before the next session.
04 · Retreats
A 24-hour immersion and a multi-day offsite in nature, each replacing a monthly board.
05 · Ledger
Every commitment recorded with a target date and a sparring partner.
06 · Charter
Never recorded. Every member signs The Round Charter on admission.
Who we are looking for
Whatever your route, you need credibility with chief executives in your city and complete discretion.

The member ledger, set up for your cohort.
The admission process, including cohort consent.
A page and name for your cohort, such as The Round, Madrid 01.
Direct preparation before your first board.
Peers running The Round elsewhere, to share what works.

One conversation, no obligation
Practical questions
A cohort runs on a monthly rhythm: one half-day board, sparring between boards and two retreats a year, plus recruiting and preparation. We agree what that means for your calendar in the first conversation.
Not necessarily. The monthly rhythm needs protected time, and the first conversation is where we work out whether it fits alongside what you do today.
Yes, with the same transparency the Charter asks of every member. You tell the cohort about any work you do with a member, and you never sell to the room.
Open cities are confirmed in the first conversation. Tell us yours in the form below.
The right to run The Round in your city, together with the Charter, the membership agreement, the facilitation protocols, the ledger, the candidate review process, your city page and onboarding with Sven.
Every cohort works under the Chatham House Rule and every member signs The Round Charter. Sitting members review each candidate, and direct competitors are never admitted to the same cohort.
